Role Overview

As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a productive and profitable store by fostering a customer-first and team-first culture. You will lead the team by example, supporting and coaching members to elevate performance and ensure smooth daily operations including sales and labour planning. You will work closely with the Store Manager and be capable of stepping into their role as needed.
