7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager in Windsor, Ontario, for a full-time, on-site role. This position is suited to someone who enjoys leading a store team, has prior supervisory experience, and wants to build management capabilities while contributing to the customer experience every day. Key accountabilities
- Support the Store Leader in guiding, coaching, and training store employees to deliver strong customer service.
- Help build team stability by identifying strong applicants, developing future leaders, empowering staff, and encouraging productivity.
- Assist with execution of merchandising and marketing initiatives.
- Handle cash-related tasks, manage fuel transactions, and support the loyalty program.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked store by following health and sanitation standards.

Candidate profile
- Previous supervisory or retail management experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service leadership, coaching, and team support skills are needed.
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written, along with strong interpersonal ability.
- Comfort using computers, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask in a busy store environment.
- Physical capability to bend, stand, reach repeatedly, and lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- A valid driver’s licence and active automotive liability insurance are required during employment.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred, though candidates with at least 1 year of retail management experience may be considered without it.
Employment and compensation
This is a full-time, onsite position in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Pay is listed at $17.50 to $23.50 per hour. The company notes that compensation, bonus, and benefit availability may vary and remain subject to company policy and applicable law.
