Position Summary

The Store Crew position offers an entry-level opportunity with flexible scheduling tailored to your lifestyle. Responsibilities include tasks such as cash handling, fuel transactions, cleaning, restocking shelves, and, in certain foodservice roles, food preparation and safety compliance. The role also involves engaging customer interactions and working collaboratively within the store team. Previous experience in cashier duties, customer service, retail, or foodservice is helpful but not mandatory, as comprehensive training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately handle cash and fuel transactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked store environment.
• Prepare and present food items following health and safety guidelines, including making coffee and other customer favorites.
• Promote the store's loyalty rewards program to customers.
• Multitask effectively while performing physically demanding activities such as bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
