Role Overview
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will help oversee the restaurant’s day-to-day operations. The role involves guiding the team during high-volume service periods, supporting crew development, working to improve guest satisfaction, and assisting with inventory and financial tasks when needed.
Experience and Core Attributes
The company values experience gained in different ways, but is specifically looking for someone with the following background and strengths.
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team in a busy, high-volume hospitality setting
- At least 2 years of experience providing outstanding customer service
- Strong communication abilities
- A genuine enthusiasm for motivating, coaching, and developing team members

Additional Information
The starting salary is $75,000 plus superannuation.
