The organization is dedicated to creating a collaborative, interdisciplinary defense system that not only focuses on individual cases but also addresses broader client needs through community resources.

- Ability to work collaboratively with support personnel to deliver comprehensive, client-centered defense.
- Strong organization and time management skills to avoid unnecessary case delays through thorough preparation.
- Competence in managing complex litigation and emergencies with professionalism.
- Capable of handling frequent interruptions, multiple inquiries, and crisis situations tactfully.
- Maintain respectful, appropriate interactions with clients, coworkers, and all colleagues.
- Genuine interest in criminal law and procedure and a dedication to continuous learning.
- Consistently treat clients, witnesses, and colleagues with dignity and respect.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical professionalism.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to court and jail locations.
