Role overview
This position sits within the Water category team and centers on bubly, with exposure to other well-known Canadian beverage brands such as Montellier and Aquafina. The role is responsible for driving innovation launches, commercial initiatives, in-store execution, packaging work, and part of the brand media effort to support business performance. It reports to the Waters Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Manager in building a strong innovation pipeline and own the marketing commercialization for new product launches, including packaging-related work
- Manage in-store programs from the planning stage through execution, coordinating closely with agency partners
- Support the delivery of strong, timely marketing and public relations campaigns
- Work with and influence internal and external partners across leadership, insights, sales, supply chain, legal, RSA, and other functions to bring consumer plans to market
- Contribute to annual operating planning and strategic planning deliverables
- Use analytics to support business reporting, scorecard tracking, post-campaign reviews, and budget management for advertising and marketing
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results through strong collaboration, consumer focus, and practical problem-solving
- Solid analytical ability and comfort turning data into actions
- Self-driven mindset with a strong sense of urgency and an entrepreneurial approach
- At least 1 year of relevant marketing experience; experience in consumer packaged goods is an advantage
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate data and ideas clearly and persuasively
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI is considered an asset
- Bachelor’s degree required, with a business-related degree preferred
