Overview
This role requires supporting JTC customers by managing and resolving issues related to contractual non-compliance effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track timelines set for remedying breaches in contracts.
- Communicate with tenant companies to remind them of necessary breach corrections.
- Respond promptly to requests or feedback received from customers.
- Advise on potential extensions or alternative solutions to deadlines as needed.
Desired Attributes and Experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging in challenging dialogues with customers professionally.
- A positive and proactive mindset toward problem-solving.
- Ability to think resourcefully and resolve issues efficiently.
- Previous experience in property or facility management is beneficial but not mandatory.
