Overview

This role requires supporting JTC customers by managing and resolving issues related to contractual non-compliance effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track timelines set for remedying breaches in contracts.
  • Communicate with tenant companies to remind them of necessary breach corrections.
  • Respond promptly to requests or feedback received from customers.
  • Advise on potential extensions or alternative solutions to deadlines as needed.

Desired Attributes and Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging in challenging dialogues with customers professionally.
  • A positive and proactive mindset toward problem-solving.
  • Ability to think resourcefully and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Previous experience in property or facility management is beneficial but not mandatory.
