Role overview
This position is well-suited to someone eager to build expertise in HR business partnering through practical exposure to employee engagement, talent management, and day-to-day HR operations for assigned business units.
Employee engagement
- Help plan and run employee engagement programs that strengthen workplace culture.
- Serve as a contact point for employees to raise questions, share feedback, or discuss concerns.
- Support initiatives that reinforce company values and encourage collaboration and inclusion.
Talent management
- Coordinate onboarding and exit processes to create a smooth employee experience.
- Support talent management activities for the business units under your scope.
- Assist with performance management, including reviews, individual development plans, and feedback conversations.
- Help identify learning needs and coordinate training and development programs.
Data, reporting, and HR operations
- Monitor and interpret HR data such as attrition, absenteeism, and engagement metrics.
- Build reports and dashboards that support informed decision-making.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy across HR systems.
HR policy and compliance
- Share HR policies and guidelines clearly with employees and help ensure adherence.
- Support execution of people-focused initiatives across the organization.
Business partnership
- Work with business teams to understand people challenges and help shape practical solutions.
- Handle minor employee concerns and escalate more complex matters when needed.
- Conduct exit interviews and turn feedback into actionable insights.
- Organize workshops, focus groups, and employee surveys to better understand culture and engagement.
Projects and additional support
- Contribute to organization-wide HR rollouts and special projects.
- Take on ad hoc assignments that help advance HR goals.
Compensation
The offered compensation for this role is 12 to 15 LPA.
Location
This is an onsite role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
