Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic Assistant Manager for the Food & Beverage (F&B) team, who will play a vital role in ensuring refined and guest-centric service across the hotel's bars, restaurants, and premium event spaces. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on real-time problem-solving, elevating guest satisfaction, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the F&B outlets, ensuring seamless, efficient service aligned with brand standards.
  • Proactively resolve guest complaints, operational challenges, and service disruptions in a confident manner.
  • Promote a guest-focused atmosphere by anticipating needs, offering personalized service, and upholding high-quality standards.
  • Provide coaching, support, and motivation to staff, including delivering clear guidance, feedback, and on-the-job training.
  • Collaborate closely with the Outlet Manager and the broader Hotel Leadership team to meet objectives related to service quality, revenue generation, and overall performance.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in Food & Beverage operations.
  • In-depth understanding of current and emerging industry trends with an innovative perspective.
  • Strong dedication and passion for hotel, food, and beverage services, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask efficiently, and maintain a friendly demeanor.
  • Willingness to work flexibly including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and adept time management skills.
  • Capable of independently leading teams to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Adaptable to change and able to respond effectively in dynamic settings.
  • Possession of a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
