What you will do

• Support credit and collections efforts by reaching out to customers and following up on accounts regularly
• Create positive customer experiences through attentive service in-store and in customers’ homes
• Assist with deliveries and pickups, including safe loading, unloading, installation, and adherence to transportation and handling rules
• Keep the store organized, clean, and welcoming for customers and coworkers

Minimum qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or collections
• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record, as company vehicles will be driven
• Ability to move and lift items such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
