Account Manager

Role overview

This position is built for someone who wants a long-term path with strong earning potential. The Account Manager supports rental account performance while delivering high-quality customer care, introducing new products to customers, completing deliveries and pickups, keeping the store looking professional, and handling early delinquency collections. The job also helps drive sales and strengthen account health through trusted customer relationships, all while working in line with the company’s mission and values.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a set of customer accounts and develop dependable relationships with those customers.
• Handle early-stage collections for accounts that are 1 to 6 days overdue and work toward daily and weekly collection goals.
• Protect account health by using account tools to secure payment commitments and follow up appropriately.
• Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Provide excellent service in the store, by phone, and during in-home visits.
• Support sales performance by generating new rental agreements and promoting additional products.
• Transport, install, and handle merchandise safely and carefully.
• Keep showroom presentation and company vehicles in proper condition.
• Follow all safety rules and operational procedures at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent credential.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a solid driving record.
• Good communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise.
• Comfort operating a box truck.
• Capability to stand and drive for long stretches.
• This is an active role that involves frequent lifting, bending, and standing.

Schedule and work environment

• Full-time schedule, Monday through Saturday.
• Sundays are off, along with one additional weekday.

Compensation and benefits

The role offers an hourly rate starting at $12.28 and reaching up to $14.45.
