Job description
Role Overview
This position supports the Senior Manager of Clinical Management at the Medical Classification Centre (MCC). The role is central to keeping everyday frontline clinical activities running smoothly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily frontline clinical workflow at MCC to maintain reliable service standards and continuity.
- Plan and distribute manpower so clinical coverage remains sufficient and the team stays operationally ready.
- Arrange and coordinate staff learning and training programmes to strengthen and sustain clinical capability.
- Respond to clinical needs and operational challenges promptly, ensuring issues within MCC are resolved in a timely manner.
Challenge In This Role
You will need to balance customer expectations with the organisation's clinical and operational requirements. This calls for sound judgement and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Requirements
- Background in Nursing or another health sciences discipline.
- Candidates without the relevant certification may still be considered if they bring relevant work experience.
- Well-developed organisational and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to fast-changing clinical settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
