  • Monitor student academic progress and gather feedback on family satisfaction.
  • Undertake administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, preparing educational materials, and organizing resources.
  • Assist in local marketing efforts, including participation in community events and outreach to schools.
  • Contribute to center expansion by fostering strong relationships with families and encouraging student retention and referrals.
  • Aid in the onboarding, scheduling, and daily management of tutors.
  • Facilitate internal communications and disseminate operational updates.
  • Promote a cooperative and professional team environment.

Qualifications

  • A genuine interest in education and working with families.
  • Must reside in the Bay Area and be available for on-site work.
  • Prior experience in education, customer service, or operations is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a Bachelor's program is preferred.
