About the Role
We are looking for a Part-Time Assistant Learning Center Manager to oversee daily operations and cultivate a positive and organized environment for students and their families. This role involves close collaboration with the Center Manager and headquarters teams, focusing on administrative duties, tutor coordination, and general center support. This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking practical experience in educational operations and leadership within a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the smooth execution of daily center operations, including class scheduling and student flow.
- Act as the primary point of contact at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for students and families.
- Assist in monitoring student academic progress and overall family satisfaction.
- Undertake various administrative tasks such as managing schedules, preparing educational materials, and organizing resources.
- Aid in local marketing efforts, including participation in community events and school outreach programs.
- Contribute to center expansion by fostering strong relationships with families and encouraging student retention and referrals.
- Assist in the onboarding and scheduling of tutors, as well as managing their day-to-day activities.
- Help facilitate internal communications and disseminate operational updates to the team.
- Promote a collaborative and professional team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated friendliness, reliability, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A genuine interest in education and working with families.
- Must reside in the Bay Area and be available for on-site work.
- Prior experience in education, customer service, or operations is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree or current pursuit of one is preferred.

Additional Information
