Overview
This role offers an opportunity to join the North America PATRÓN Brand Team based in Miami, Florida, where you will play a crucial part in crafting and implementing tactical brand initiatives. Working closely with the Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager, you will help develop brand assets, oversee point-of-sale materials, manage partnerships, and enhance consumer touchpoints to ensure brand consistency and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing key brand programs across experiential events, sponsorships, social media, e-commerce, advocacy, and trade marketing channels.
- Coordinate efforts among Customer Marketing, Commercial, CP&A, distributor partners, and agencies for comprehensive brand campaigns.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, making sure all deliverables align with brand standards and objectives.
- Support annual brand planning and contribute to executing strategic priorities.
- Gain insights into multicultural consumers and cultural trends to authentically engage diverse audiences.
- Identify opportunities to connect the brand with relevant cultural moments and communities.
- Maintain project management tools and calendars to keep initiatives on track.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth program execution.
- Handle day-to-day project logistics, approvals, and workflows.
- Monitor purchase orders, invoices, and budgets to manage marketing investments responsibly.
- Evaluate program performance and extract learnings for future improvements.
Desired Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA is preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in brand management or agency roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple marketing projects cross-functionally.
- Competence in analyzing data (e.g., Nielsen reports) to generate insights and recommendations.
- A passionate and creative marketer focused on consumer-first strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable presenting to a variety of audiences including executives and partners.
