Area Manager, Inbound

Role Overview

In the position of Area Manager Inbound, you primarily focus on tactical management while developing strategic skills. You'll ensure that every member of your team receives the necessary support to achieve both operational targets and personal growth goals. Your duties include recruiting high-caliber talent with relevant skills and expertise to strengthen the team. Daily team delivery and direct employee management fall under your responsibilities. Leading by example in leadership principles, you will clearly articulate your team's mission, vision, and priorities, helping team members understand how their contributions align with broader organizational objectives and positively impact customers. Frequent team meetings are conducted to encourage open communication and discussions.

Onboarding and Team Development

You are accountable for designing tailored onboarding programs that accelerate new hires' familiarity with the organization's products, processes, and role expectations, fostering rapid skill acquisition and development. A deep understanding of your team’s capabilities and areas for improvement is expected.

Work Schedule

The role operates within a five-day workweek; however, since operations run seven days a week, scheduled days off will vary based on shift assignments and business requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience managing employees and performance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a full-time Amazon employee (blue badge).
• Ability to work flexible schedules including shifts across weekends, nights, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year experience in performance metrics, process enhancements, or lean management methodologies.
