Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Architectural & Interior Draftsman in Dubai. The selected candidate will create complete drawing sets covering concept, technical, coordination, and execution stages for residential, commercial, and hospitality assignments.

The role requires the preparation of architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details, material schedules, MEP coordination drawings, shop drawings, construction details, and other technical documents needed for project delivery. You will also produce accurate 3D models and polished visual outputs, while working closely with designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all drawings are coordinated and ready for implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare full drawing packages across concept, technical, coordination, and execution phases.
• Develop architectural layouts, plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, and detailed construction drawings.
• Create joinery details, material schedules, shop drawings, and MEP coordination drawings.
• Build precise 3D models and produce high-quality visualizations.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to align all deliverables.
• Ensure drawings are technically accurate, well-organized, and ready for project execution.
• Support the team on residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 to 8 years of professional experience in architectural and interior drafting.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complete concept-to-construction drawing packages.
• Strong background in architectural drafting, interior fit-out documentation, shop drawings, joinery detailing, and MEP coordination.
• Capability to independently prepare comprehensive drawing sets from concept stage through construction.
• Advanced working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, detailing, and fit-out standards.
• Familiarity with AI tools used for drafting, visualization, rendering, and workflow improvement.
• Excellent detail orientation, planning skills, and communication ability.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a closely related field.
• Experience with MENA and/or UK standards will be considered an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary range of AED 4,000 to AED 5,000, depending on experience and technical capability.
