Job description

Overview

This contract role is for an AI Trainer & Evaluator working remotely in the United States. The position focuses on assessing AI outputs, improving data quality, and helping refine evaluation standards. The hourly pay is between $20 and $40, and the expected workload is 10 to 40 hours per week.

What you'll do

  • Judge and rate AI-generated answers using structured scoring rules and evaluation criteria.
  • Tag and organize datasets so model training data becomes more accurate and useful.
  • Check content for relevance, logical flow, and factual correctness.
  • Share practical feedback that can be used to improve model performance.
  • Work with internal teams to understand instructions and sharpen evaluation rubrics.
  • Keep clear documentation of evaluation results and annotation records.

What we're looking for

  • Solid hands-on background in data annotation and content assessment.
  • Strong analytical reading skills and the ability to apply rubrics consistently.
  • Good written and spoken communication for concise, useful feedback.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience reviewing large amounts of content against detailed standards is important.
  • Prior exposure to AI training, machine learning annotation, or similar work is a strong advantage.
