Role Overview
This contract opportunity is for a UI/UX Designer working remotely from the United States. The engagement calls for 10 to 40 hours per week and offers compensation between $22 and $70 per hour.
What You Will Do
- Shape and evaluate smooth, user-friendly experiences and interfaces across different digital products and platforms.
- Assess the usability and overall performance of AI-based products, then turn observations into practical suggestions for improvement.
- Build wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys to visualize and test concepts for AI training interfaces.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather needs and produce design solutions that create measurable value.
- Record design choices clearly and communicate them effectively in both written and spoken form.
- Contribute to an iterative design cycle by incorporating feedback from users and insights from data.
What We Are Looking For
- A demonstrated background as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showing user-focused work for web and/or mobile products.
- Hands-on proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or comparable software.
- Solid knowledge of UX research, usability testing, and iterative design approaches.
- Ability to interpret feedback and adjust designs efficiently as project needs evolve.
- Comfort working with accessible and inclusive design principles.
