Job description
Project overview
We are looking for seasoned professionals who know how work flows inside modern organizations to support an AI labor marketplace as expert consultants. In this project-based role, you will review and analyze data, then provide feedback that helps improve large language model performance so the resulting AI outputs are more accurate, reliable, and trustworthy.
This is not a permanent employee position. You will participate as an independent consultant on a contract basis, contributing part-time remote project work for U.S.-based experts only.
Project summary
The assignment is centered on making AI better understand workplace productivity, enterprise workflows, organizational operations, team collaboration, project execution, business communication, and knowledge-worker tasks.
- You will assess and help create content that reflects how professionals plan work, run projects, communicate across teams, document decisions, improve processes, coordinate stakeholders, increase operational efficiency, and address common workplace problems.
- The role calls for sound business judgment, direct experience in professional settings, and the ability to judge whether AI-generated answers mirror realistic enterprise practices and effective workplace behavior.
Consultant engagement terms
This is a project-by-project consulting arrangement. Payment is made on a per-project basis, and the hourly rate shown is only an estimate based on the expected time required to complete the work.
Consultants manage their own schedules, use their own tools, and may work with other vendors or employers at the same time, as long as those arrangements permit it.
Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated responses tied to workplace productivity and enterprise operations.
- Evaluate content covering project management, business communication, process improvement, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.
- Decide whether suggested actions are practical, realistic, and suitable for professional environments.
- Spot flawed reasoning, operational blind spots, unrealistic assumptions, and weak prioritization.
- Compare multiple AI outputs and select the one that best reflects effective workplace practice.
- Write clear explanations that justify your judgments.
- Use your professional background to assess enterprise workflow and knowledge-work situations.
- Work within project guidelines to maintain quality, consistency, and dependable output.
Expected outcomes
- Careful, high-quality evaluations of AI-generated workplace and productivity content.
- Accurate detection of operational and business reasoning problems.
- Well-structured feedback rooted in real professional experience.
- Steady application of enterprise workflow knowledge.
- Reliable assessments that help improve AI performance in organizational contexts.
Qualifications
Required
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of professional experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in business operations, project management, consulting, program management, operations, customer success, product operations, HR operations, or a similar function.
- Background working in cross-functional professional environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise workflows and organizational processes.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to critically evaluate workplace scenarios and business recommendations.
Preferred
- Experience leading projects, programs, operations, or process-improvement initiatives.
- Background in consulting, business operations, program management, project management, organizational effectiveness, or enterprise software environments.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or comparable certifications.
- Prior work in AI evaluation, content review, annotation, peer review, or expert assessment projects.
Additional information
Only U.S.-based experts are being considered. The role is part-time, project-based, and remote. The work is consultant-style rather than full-time employment.
Compensation note
The advertised compensation is $85 to $100 per hour, but payment is handled on a per-project basis and the hourly figure reflects the estimated time required for each assignment.
