Role Overview
As an AI Product Manager, you will help define and scale AI-based applications that improve the user experience. You will own the lifecycle of AI features, partnering with engineering, design, and data science to build, launch, and grow solutions that fit both user needs and business goals.
This is a fully onsite position based in Lisbon. The company is open to supporting relocation.
Responsibilities
- Shape and manage the roadmap for AI products so it supports company objectives and user priorities.
- Work across engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring AI features from idea to launch.
- Study the market and review user feedback to find opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Partner with data scientists and machine learning engineers to improve model quality, speed, and product value.
- Set KPIs and use performance data to guide product iteration.
- Keep track of new AI developments, tools, and industry practices to maintain competitiveness.
- Make sure AI is used responsibly and that data privacy requirements are followed.
Requirements
- Approximately 4 or more years of product management experience, ideally with AI, machine learning, or other data-led products.
- Good command of AI and ML fundamentals, including NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
- Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams on AI-enabled features.
- Ability to simplify technical AI ideas into clear, user-focused product experiences.
- Strong analytical ability and a data-driven approach to product decisions.
