Job Overview
The Quotient Inside AI Product Enablement Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the AI Capability & Adoption team by conducting structured AI experiments, refining prompts, testing workflows, and providing enablement assistance. This role demands consistent quality delivery, technical expertise, and thorough documentation aimed at advancing AI tool utilization within the Oliver Wyman Centre of Excellence for Quotient Inside.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform systematic prompt testing and refinement across specific AI use cases managed by the Centre of Excellence.
- Assist in configuring and evaluating custom GPT models and AI assistants.
- Assess outputs to ensure they are clear, consistent, safe, and user-friendly.
- Support the creation of lightweight AI prototypes while identifying technical limitations and escalating when necessary.
- Experiment with various AI tools to determine feasibility and operational constraints.
- Maintain comprehensive prompt libraries, exemplary use cases, and procedural guides.
- Document reusable AI use cases and provide technical examples and demonstrations for training materials.
- Support collaborative coaching activities including office hours and Q&A sessions.
- Translate user inquiries into structured prompts or actionable items for the Product Strategy team.
- Guide colleagues towards suitable AI resources and serve as a point of contact for coaching.
- Monitor recurring user questions and behavioral patterns, sharing insights with leadership.
- Contribute technical content to enablement presentations and documentation.
Required Experience
- Between 2 to 5 years in analytics, digital enablement, or technology-related roles.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a passion for experimentation.
- Experience supporting documentation or analysis in cross-functional team settings.
