Role Overview
The Americas Business FP&A team is looking for a Senior Analyst to support the Industrials practices. In this role, you will work across finance, strategy, analytics, and business performance to help guide decisions that support the firm’s overall direction and objectives.
What You Will Do
- Create, evaluate, and communicate performance metrics for business and finance leaders.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to turn financial insights into practical business actions.
- Interpret results to track progress toward annual targets and assist with practice forecasting.
- Improve core finance workflows by using modern tools such as Tableau, ChatGPT, and other large language model-based platforms.
- Strengthen efficiency, data quality, and reporting standards on an ongoing basis.
Experience and Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics is preferred. The role calls for 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, finance, or another highly analytical environment.
Skills and Personal Attributes
- Strong analytical thinking, excellent attention to detail, and a structured working style.
- Hands-on experience with forecasting, budgeting, and profit-and-loss analysis.
- Curiosity to explore new problems and develop practical, creative answers.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to advise people across different levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, changing environment.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including working with large datasets and complex formulas; macro knowledge is a plus.
- Strong PowerPoint ability for summarizing and presenting findings.
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, Power BI, or a strong interest in building those capabilities.
- Comfort using GPT/LLM tools for financial analysis and automation is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $89,000 to $115,000. Actual pay will depend on experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage rules. The role may also qualify for performance-based incentives. The total rewards package includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401(k) savings, other retirement programs, and employee assistance programs.
Work Arrangement
This position follows a hybrid model. Employees are expected to work from the local office or onsite with clients at least three days each week. Office-based teams will also have at least one anchor day each week when the full team is together in person.
