Role Summary

The AI Evangelist specializing in Generative and Agentic AI will be a key driver in fostering the adoption and success of AI technologies within iCompaz and its client base. With 5 to 6 years of relevant experience, the candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, working alongside business leaders, developers, solution architects, and innovation teams to identify meaningful AI opportunities and convert these into impactful business results.

Responsibilities & Key Functions

• Develop and prototype AI solutions including copilots, Relevance-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based systems, intelligent autonomous agents, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
• Lead AI workshops, hackathons, executive briefings, and training sessions to build AI expertise and accelerate technology adoption across ecosystems.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals and Singapore’s AI adoption frameworks.
• Advocate responsible AI practices and support governance and compliance related to AI solutions.

Candidate Profile & Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, conversational AI platforms, and knowledge retrieval architectures.
• Ability to communicate and simplify complex AI concepts effectively for both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s AI ecosystem and the Infocomm Media Development Authority’s (IMDA) policies.
• Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and responsible AI adoption to transform customer and employee experiences.
