Role Overview

The organization is looking for a proactive and highly capable Solution Consultant to support complex client engagements and drive solution-led growth. The role calls for someone who can work closely with senior leaders, shape RFP and tender responses, coordinate with global teams, and guide end-to-end solution design and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own solution consulting across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales through delivery, while keeping client goals at the center.
  • Work with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
  • Design and oversee scalable implementations across cloud, data, AI, and enterprise platforms.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to support adoption, innovation, and long-term business value.
  • Identify new business opportunities, grow strategic accounts, and help shape transformation roadmaps.
  • Coach and guide cross-functional teams to build a strong consulting culture and high-performance execution.
  • Understand senior stakeholder priorities and create tailored solution approaches aligned to business strategy.
  • Build persuasive business cases that clearly show expected ROI and organizational impact.
  • Share industry insights and thought leadership on trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and maintain ongoing executive trust.
  • Gather client requirements, prepare responses to RFPs, and support sales and pre-sales activities.
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations and help position the solution effectively with clients.
  • Support account expansion, pricing discussions, and contract strategy in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Present complex ideas clearly and use storytelling to make technical concepts accessible to business audiences.
  • Align diverse teams around a common direction and manage difficult conversations with professionalism.
  • Create solution architectures, phased rollout plans, and implementation blueprints that can be executed effectively.
  • Translate technical detail into executive-friendly language that supports informed decision-making.
  • Lead teams through Agile or Waterfall delivery, depending on the project approach.
  • Track risks, resolve issues early, and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support change management planning to improve adoption and ensure smooth transitions.

Education and Experience

Candidates should hold a degree and bring at least 10 years of experience. The role is suited to professionals who have worked as Solution Consultants or in similar roles within respected consultancies or Big 4 firms, especially on Singapore government or large commercial enterprise engagements.

  • Ability to influence senior decision-makers and C-suite leaders
  • Experience leading large deals valued above USD 5 to 10 million
