About the Role
HireOne Staffing is seeking a dedicated After-Hours Staffing Manager to join their expanding team. This full-time, direct-hire position focuses on managing staffing operations outside of standard business hours. The role involves being the primary contact for urgent staffing needs, coordinating schedules, and ensuring client requirements are consistently met. While the position is remote, candidates must reside within the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area (DC, Maryland, or Virginia) and be prepared for occasional in-person meetings in Washington, DC. Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all after-hours staffing operations.
- Address client inquiries and fulfill urgent staffing demands promptly.
- Manage employee schedules, including handling call-offs and arranging for shift coverage.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates, employees, and clients regarding their assignments.
- Keep meticulous records of all staffing activities and employee availability.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
- Monitor staffing levels to ensure they align with client needs.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes as required.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and employees.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, scheduling, workforce management, or a similar field is advantageous.
- Demonstrated strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving and making sound decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Must be dependable, highly organized, and possess a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support after-hours operations.

Eligibility
