Role overview

This part-time Administrative Manager position is based in Abu Dhabi and follows a hybrid setup, with a mix of office attendance and work-from-home flexibility. The position focuses on keeping day-to-day office administration running efficiently while supporting leadership and cross-functional teams.

What you will handle

You will manage daily administrative activities such as scheduling, correspondence, record keeping, and document control. The role also involves preparing for meetings, drafting minutes, tracking follow-up actions, coordinating with internal stakeholders and outside partners, and helping maintain smooth workflow across the organization.

In addition, you will support office supply management, vendor coordination, basic budget monitoring, and expense tracking. You may also contribute to improving internal systems, tools, and administrative processes.

Skills and working style needed

This role calls for dependable communication, professionalism, confidentiality, and a structured approach to work. You should be comfortable working independently in a hybrid setting, meeting deadlines, and following company policies carefully.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in administration and organization, including calendar handling, document management, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Comfort using office software such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, including spreadsheets, documents, and presentation tools.
  • Clear written and spoken English; Arabic is considered an advantage.
  • Experience supporting meetings, preparing reports, and assisting senior leaders or cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work on your own, manage time well in a hybrid arrangement, and deliver on deadlines with little oversight.
  • High standards of professionalism, discretion, and accuracy when dealing with confidential or sensitive information.
  • Background in financial services, investment firms, or professional services is preferred, though not essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

This is a part-time role. The workplace arrangement is hybrid, combining on-site work in Abu Dhabi with some remote flexibility. A strong sense of confidentiality, consistency, and reliability is important for success in this position.
