About the Role
Join a leading technology company in Dublin as an Administrative Business Partner, providing executive-level assistance in a fast-moving, dynamic setting. This role requires flexibility with hybrid work arrangements, being onsite from Tuesday to Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate complex scheduling for several executives simultaneously.
- Arrange and manage both domestic and international travel plans.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of expense documentation.
- Organize meetings, offsite retreats, and team-building events.
- Manage meeting logistics, including setting agendas and tracking follow-up tasks.
- Efficiently prioritize multiple competing demands while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with various cross-departmental teams to support executive functions smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 5 years' proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role supporting multiple leaders.
- Proficiency in managing calendars, travel bookings, financial expense reports, and event coordination.
- Strong organizational aptitude, multitasking capabilities, and excellent time management.
- High-level written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and/or Google Workspace applications.
- Capability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
Additional Details
This is a 5 to 6 month contractual position ending in January 2027. The hourly remuneration rate is $30.77. The successful candidate must be available immediately, with no notice period required. Work location is hybrid, onsite in Dublin three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday).
