Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Administration Officer to join our dynamic team in Karratha, WA. This critical position supports our operations by ensuring flawless administrative processes and cultivating strong relationships with our customers. This role offers opportunities for career growth within a company that values meticulous execution and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process daily run sheets and operational documents within prescribed timelines.
  • Review and validate service data, work orders, disposal dockets, and operational records to facilitate correct billing and cost allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations Supervisors and Finance departments to maintain completeness and accuracy of operational and financial records.
  • Assist with month-end reporting activities, including reconciliations and other financial processes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and enthusiastic about sustainability. You demonstrate a proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships and expectations across various internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements and Skills

  • Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, at an intermediate level.
  • Adept at influencing and managing expectations of diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with JDE software is advantageous but not mandatory.
