About the Opportunity
Join us in Hamburg as an intern in additive manufacturing product management, starting September 2026, with a duration of 5 to 6 months. Engage in the cutting-edge field of additive manufacturing to contribute to the advancement of sustainable and innovative aviation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, analyzing, and enhancing core business processes, focusing on quoting and cost estimation for additive manufacturing offerings.
- Contribute actively to the preparation and facilitation of Design Thinking workshops aimed at generating novel product ideas and solutions.
- Plan and manage customer workshops with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
- Aid in developing and sustaining a supplier network for additive manufacturing technologies, beginning with research and initial supplier engagement.
Candidate Requirements
- Enrollment in at least the third semester of a college program throughout the internship, evidenced by current enrollment certification and written confirmation of the mandatory internship, or a gap period between Bachelor's and Master's degrees.
- Pursuing a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in innovative manufacturing technologies, especially additive manufacturing.
- Prior experience with design thinking or project management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
- Competency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
