Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Training Manager with a strong background in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will lead training initiatives, enhance team capabilities, and ensure compliance in billing and collections processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and conduct training sessions for new hires and provide refresher courses for AR and RCM teams.
- Develop and implement comprehensive AR training programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Create and maintain detailed training materials, standard operating procedures, manuals, and process documentation.
- Deliver specialized training in areas including AR follow-up, denial management, appeals, insurance verification, medical billing, claims processing, and collections.
- Assess trainee progress, perform evaluations, and identify areas needing improvement.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to AR team members and training staff.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulations such as HIPAA, CMS standards, ICD-10, CPT coding, and payer policies.
- Utilize RCM software tools like Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or equivalent for effective training and operations.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders ensuring alignment across departments.
Mandatory Qualifications
- At least 10 years of cumulative experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
- A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role focused on AR training.
- Proven hands-on ability to conduct trainings and manage knowledge transfer within AR teams.
- Strong command over healthcare regulatory compliance and billing procedures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
