Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Training Manager with a strong background in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will lead training initiatives, enhance team capabilities, and ensure compliance in billing and collections processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and conduct training sessions for new hires and provide refresher courses for AR and RCM teams.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive AR training programs tailored to organizational needs.
  • Create and maintain detailed training materials, standard operating procedures, manuals, and process documentation.
  • Deliver specialized training in areas including AR follow-up, denial management, appeals, insurance verification, medical billing, claims processing, and collections.
