Role Overview
MediaMint is hiring a Social Account Manager in Hyderabad for an on-site role. The position calls for a proactive professional who can serve as the main liaison between clients and the internal campaign management team. The job requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and analytical ability to turn client objectives into practical media plans and ensure campaigns perform effectively across social channels.

Responsibilities
- Act as the central contact for assigned clients and maintain prompt, professional communication throughout the engagement.
- Understand business goals and convert them into clear campaign briefs and launch strategies for new accounts or initiatives.
- Own the delivery of approved account and campaign plans from execution through optimization.
- Prepare and lead monthly business reviews and end-of-campaign reports that clearly summarize results, learnings, wins, and areas that need improvement.
- Participate in budget conversations and recommend incremental spend based on observed performance trends.
- Maintain strong client satisfaction through regular updates, proactive issue handling, and consultative support.
- Partner with the Media Head or Head of Advertising to build media strategies aligned to client KPIs and marketing goals.
- Create media plans for social channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Snapchat, and similar platforms, with attention to the full funnel from awareness to conversion.
- Monitor and improve performance at the ad group, creative, campaign, account, and channel levels.
- Perform competitive and audience analysis to uncover opportunities and introduce new approaches that improve KPI outcomes.
- Support launches for new accounts or products by setting measurement frameworks, testing plans, and audience expansion strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and turn it into actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Launch and manage campaigns while maintaining high quality, SLA adherence, and performance targets.
- Present wrap-up decks and results-driven insights to clients and internal teams.
- Document campaign learnings and apply them to future projects.
Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of at least 2 to 3 major paid social platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, X/Twitter, or Pinterest, with the flexibility to learn additional channels when needed.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to clients.
- Solid understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and measurement frameworks.
- Comfort using tools such as Google Analytics, dashboards, and Excel for campaign analysis.
- Strong coordination skills to work effectively across internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple accounts and budgets totaling more than $100K per month.
- Experience working with custom audiences such as lookalike audiences, retargeting groups, and page engagers.
- Hands-on knowledge of conversion tracking and CAPI setup for performance optimization and improved ROI/ROAS.
- Experience setting up catalog feeds.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a social media advertising focus, including 1 or more years in client-facing account management.
- Proven background handling enterprise-level or large-scale social accounts.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience with app campaigns, catalog campaigns, or shopping campaigns is preferred.
- Exposure to multi-channel media planning is a plus.
- Knowledge of brand lift studies, attribution tracking, and advanced analytics is an advantage.
