About the Team

Swiggy Dineout is working to build one of India’s largest dining-out platforms, serving more than 100 million diners across a network of 21,000+ restaurant partners in 34 cities and expanding. The platform aims to make going out easier by helping customers discover everything from quick service outlets and cafes to casual dining, premium, and fine-dining restaurants, while also offering strong savings through easy bill payments in the app. If you are enthusiastic about food and want to help reshape the dining-out experience, this team offers that opportunity.

Dineout currently operates in 34 cities across India and enables users to save up to 40% on restaurant bills when they pay through the dine-out feature in the Swiggy app.

Work Model

This is an office/field role. Team members are expected to report to the office every day from their assigned base location.

Role Summary

The person in this position will be responsible for onboarding and managing relationships with 70–80 partner accounts within an assigned territory, helping expand the Dineout business and service portfolio while driving monthly GMV of 80–90 lakh. The exact partner count and revenue target will vary depending on the assigned geography and whether the market is India 1 or India 2.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves acquiring and managing restaurant partners, improving account performance, coordinating with internal teams, and using data to support growth plans. The account manager will regularly engage with partners, ensure listing quality, influence promotional investment, and help maintain smooth operations and transactions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

This role requires active coordination with partner support teams, sales operations, and finance to resolve issues related to discounts, display-page updates, competition data, festival campaigns, payout reconciliation, GST queries, and payment-related concerns.

Functional Knowledge

The position requires a solid grasp of Dineout’s offerings and the key factors that drive growth. Familiarity with restaurant operating hours, ad revenue per order, commission revenue per order, average order value, dashboard tools such as CMS, PowerBI, Compass, and Salesmate, as well as conversion-funnel metrics across weekly, monthly, and daily views will be important.

Desired Profile

The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree and 1.5–3 years of field sales experience. Fluency in the local language along with working English skills is important. The role also calls for knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing channels, a confident and persuasive personality, strong communication ability, a sales-oriented mindset, teamwork, analytical thinking, and good Excel skills. Since restaurant partners do not operate on standard office timings, the candidate must be flexible and comfortable adapting schedules as needed.
