This opportunity is for a Sales Director who will shape market growth strategy, guide expansion into new territories, and partner with senior leadership on long-term business objectives. The role sits within the utility division and involves close collaboration with the CEO and C-suite to support steady growth, protect company values, and advance commercial priorities.

- Work alongside finance and executive leaders to support forecasting, revenue planning, and broader growth initiatives.
- Lead company-wide sales outreach efforts that raise visibility in new markets, improve customer engagement, and strengthen revenue generation.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with distributors and strategic business allies across multiple markets.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on strategic relationships, high-level negotiations, and major business development opportunities.
- Take on additional duties and special initiatives as needed.
