Role overview
Perch is looking for an Account Manager, Partnerships to take ownership of established enterprise partner relationships and turn them into reliable, high-volume referral channels. In this role, you will receive warm partner relationships from leadership and focus on activating, nurturing, and expanding them so each partnership delivers strong results. You’ll learn each partner organization thoroughly and work to make Perch a valuable part of their everyday workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with enterprise partners after leadership has completed the initial handoff.
- Increase referral activation by helping agents move from awareness to active referrals through education, useful tools, and regular follow-ups.
- Create and run account plans for each partner, including referral goals and measurable KPIs.
- Plan educational sessions, run campaigns, and develop other creative tactics that keep Perch visible and relevant inside partner organizations.
- Identify and grow internal champions within each partner, especially high-performing agents who refer often and influence peers.
- Monitor and share reporting on referral activity, pipeline conversion, and co-marketing return on investment across your accounts.
- Work closely with mortgage agents and customer support to deliver a smooth client handoff that encourages repeat referrals.
- Bring market feedback, product gaps, service concerns, and competitive insights back to leadership and product teams, serving as a link between partner feedback and internal teams, including product and engineering.
- Maintain consistent daily outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn, while also participating in partner events, internal meetings, and industry gatherings as needed to strengthen relationships in person.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in account management, partnership success, or B2B relationship management, preferably in mortgage, real estate, proptech, or financial services.
- Demonstrated success in increasing revenue or referral volume within an existing account base.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to speak effectively to small teams or large brokerage groups.
- Highly organized and comfortable using data and CRM tools to manage accounts, track activity, and report outcomes clearly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities and strategy can change quickly.
- Helpful background knowledge of how Canadian real estate brokerages and agent teams operate.
- Experience with fintech or proptech partnership work is an advantage.
- CRM experience, such as HubSpot or Intercom, is an asset.

Compensation
The base pay for this role is CAD 80,000 to 90,000 per year. There is also an on-target bonus opportunity ranging from 0% to 50%.
