The Global Creative Services team works with marketing groups across the world to shape customer-facing experiences in a collaborative and inclusive environment. In this role, the Account Manager acts as the key link between Global Creative Services and internal marketing stakeholders, guiding integrated creative work from the first brief to final delivery.

You will turn business goals into practical creative plans, strengthen client relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns that meet quality standards, timelines, and budget expectations. The position supports a wide range of PlayStation marketing work, including PlayStation Store, PlayStation Direct, PlayStation Plus, services, brand campaigns, and digital customer experiences.

  • Develop strong client relationships and provide account leadership grounded in strategy.
  • Create creative briefs that reflect business priorities and marketing direction.
  • Own projects from intake through launch, including scope control, scheduling, budgeting, risk handling, and stakeholder updates.
  • Work closely with Creative Directors, Design Leads, Producers, Copywriters, Designers, and external collaborators on integrated campaigns.
  • Present creative concepts, gather and manage feedback, and ensure both client needs and creative quality are maintained.
  • Contribute to annual planning, resource forecasting, and campaign prioritisation.
  • Keep project records current, including approvals, asset tracking, and archived materials.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor campaign outcomes and suggest improvements for future work.
  • Take on additional duties and projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, or a similar discipline.
  • Background in account management, client services, marketing, advertising, or creative project management.
  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing and creative development processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, organisation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools and presentation software.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience supporting PlayStation Store, PlayStation Direct, PlayStation Plus, or other digital commerce initiatives.
  • Previous work in an agency or in-house creative services setting.
  • Knowledge of CRM, digital marketing, video, social media, and omnichannel campaign delivery.
  • Experience operating in global, cross-functional organisations.

Benefits

  • Discretionary bonus opportunity.
  • Hybrid working available within Flexmodes.
  • Private medical insurance.
  • Dental scheme.
  • 25 days of holiday each year.
  • On-site gym.
  • Subsidised café.
  • Free soft drinks.
  • On-site bar.
  • Access to a cycle garage and showers.
