About the Role

This position is centered on using both financial and people resources in a smart way to deliver lasting growth in sales volume, market share, and competitive strength. The role sits within a culture that values ambition, curiosity, and performance, and it is focused on turning commercial plans into strong in-market results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Roll out brand and trade activation programs that align with agreed channel strategies, covering activities such as events, refrigeration, draught execution, merchandising, category support, signage, and promotions.
  • Build working knowledge across merchandising, promotions, point-of-connection materials, events, category management, below-the-line activity, and campaign calendar planning.
  • Set up and maintain a system for tracking trade execution standards while partnering with the sales team to make sure those standards are met.
  • Lead cold strategy execution.
  • Prepare and implement annual below-the-line execution and promotion plans, including the budget details and annual activity planning for each initiative.
  • Make sure promotional activities and point-of-connection material allocations are carried out according to plan, while also responding to urgent or unexpected needs when required.
  • Assess campaign activity and outcomes, and help communicate updates and new initiatives through regular CPF sessions.
  • Develop productive partnerships with important customers.
  • Coordinate third-party below-the-line agencies and ensure they consistently meet required standards.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or university qualification, ideally in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • A combination of formal education and additional specialized study is acceptable, and branding-related qualifications are an advantage.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Deep understanding of marketing.
  • Experience in the FMCG sector is preferred and considered a plus.
  • More than 2 years of branding and relevant management experience.
