About the Role

We seek a seasoned Account Director / Client Services & Delivery Lead to excel in a dynamic agency setting. This key position entails acting as the strategic lead for principal clients while managing delivery across various accounts to ensure projects are thoroughly scoped, executed effectively, and meet top-quality standards. The role integrates client leadership, management of delivery, operational efficiency, and fostering commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain executive-level relationships with clients, functioning as their primary strategic consultant.
  • Oversee delivery across multiple retainer accounts from initial planning to final execution.
  • Coordinate teams spanning Digital Marketing, SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, Design, Email, and CRM disciplines.
  • Manage project scopes, set priorities, track timelines, handle budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Drive improvements in internal operational procedures and workflows.
  • Guarantee consistent excellence in all client deliverables.
  • Spot opportunities for account growth and aid in client retention efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with agency leadership to expand and optimize operational capacities.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience ranging from 5 to over 10 years within digital marketing, advertising, or creative agencies.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise or mid-market client portfolios.
  • Proven leadership managing cross-functional digital teams.
  • Strong skills in project management and delivery oversight.
  • Exceptional ability to engage stakeholders and communicate at executive levels.
  • Comfortable with discussing areas such as SEO, Paid Media, Content Marketing, Web Development, Email Marketing, and data Analytics.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Availability to work during US Central Time business hours.
