Academic Researcher - Remote Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking Academic Researchers to join our remote team on a contract basis. This role requires a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week, providing flexible work arrangements. Compensation ranges from $20 to $55 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and review complex documents in Microsoft Word and PDF formats, utilizing advanced functionalities such as tracked changes and data extraction.
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams including professionals in legal, healthcare, policy, and finance to support a variety of project requirements.
• Convert detailed research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations adhering to standards expected by Fortune 500 companies.
• Critically assess and synthesize academic literature, legal documentation, and industry-specific data to guide project deliverables.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a minimum of relevant experience in academic research or related fields such as legal, policy, or healthcare sectors.
• Hold an advanced degree such as a Master’s, PhD, or Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrate proficiency in preparing and reviewing Word and PDF documents with expertise in tracked changes and comprehensive formatting.
• Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on precision and detail.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fully remote, deadline-oriented work environment.
