Overview
This role focuses on handling US collections and sales activities for a BPO environment. The position involves speaking with international customers, managing recovery efforts, and supporting a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle US-based collection calls with a focus on debt recovery and credit collection.
- Work on international voice processes and communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by resolving conversations effectively and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Support sales-related interactions as part of the role.
Compensation
The salary range shared for this position is INR 35,000 to INR 75,000, along with uncapped incentives.
