Job Overview
We are seeking Telemarketing Executives based in Chandigarh to join our team. This position involves cold calling, lead generation, and onboarding new clients. The role requires effective communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a proactive attitude.
Compensation Details
- Starting salary for freshers from the third month is 18,631 INR CTC with approximately 14,500 INR take-home pay.
- From the fourth month, freshers can expect 23,290 INR CTC with about 18,800 INR take-home.
- An additional retention bonus of around 13,000 INR is awarded in the fifth month.
- Experienced candidates receive 23,290 INR CTC with approximately 18,800 INR in hand, subject to experience document verification.
- Besides the base salary, performance incentives are offered based on sales and content enrichment.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads.
- Efficiently onboard new clients, ensuring quality service standards.
- Maintain effective communication with prospects and clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduates or postgraduates from any discipline including PGDM, PGDBM, MBA, BBA, BCom, BSc, BA, BTech, or BE.
- Age between 18 to 34 years.
- Strong communication abilities in English and local regional languages.
- Basic understanding of sales and promotional techniques.
- Good computer literacy.
- Possession of a go-getter mindset and convincing skills.
- Prior experience in outbound calling or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
