Role overview
This position involves handling outbound and inbound property-related calls for a real estate business in Kolkata. The role is centered on lead generation, client engagement, appointment setting, and maintaining accurate customer records to support the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to prospects using provided lead databases through both cold and warm calling to identify interested property buyers.
- Present project highlights in a clear and persuasive way, including pricing, location benefits, amenities, and other selling points.
- Address objections effectively and arrange property site visits or meetings at the sales office.
- Answer incoming calls and speak with clients about available properties, prices, and project locations.
- Understand buyer requirements by asking about preferred home type and budget expectations.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date customer details, interaction notes, preferences, and feedback in CRM software.
- Carry out regular follow-up calls to keep warm leads engaged and guide them through the purchasing cycle.
- Remind prospects about project launch dates and other key updates to sustain interest.
- Work toward daily and monthly performance targets for calls completed and appointments scheduled.
- Stay informed about local real estate pricing trends and competing projects in the market.
Requirements
- Educational qualification should be at least a high school diploma or an equivalent credential; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Prior experience of 0 to 2 years in telecalling, telesales, or domestic BPO work is expected.
- A polite, confident, and easy-to-understand speaking style is important for the role.
- Patience and resilience are needed to handle repeated rejections while maintaining a positive approach.
- Basic computer knowledge, including typing and spreadsheet usage, is required.
