Telecaller

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and self-assured Telecallers to become part of our team. Successful applicants will demonstrate strong communication abilities, a constructive mindset, and eagerness to acquire new skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Clearly and professionally articulate details about company products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries by offering precise and helpful information.
• Document all customer communications and call details accurately.
• Engage in follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and nurture ongoing relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational background of 10th, 12th pass, diploma holders, or graduates in any field.
• Proficient in English and the local language; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Possess a positive outlook, confidence, and an openness to learning.
• Effective listening and interpersonal communication skills.
