Primary Responsibilities
- Provide telephone support to users facing hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve user and software errors.
- Install hardware and software remotely and on-site.
- Handle customer tickets and document all inquiries within the CRM system.
- Collaborate actively with skilled colleagues from other departments.
Profile Requirements
- Preferably completed IT training as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification with professional experience.
- Strong communication skills when engaging with customers.
- Excellent computer skills, including PC, MS Windows, networking, and MS Office.
- Good manual dexterity and technical understanding.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
