Primary Responsibilities

• Provide telephone support to users facing hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose and resolve user and software errors.
• Install hardware and software remotely and on-site.
• Handle customer tickets and document all inquiries within the CRM system.
• Collaborate actively with skilled colleagues from other departments.

Profile Requirements

• Preferably completed IT training as an IT specialist or equivalent qualification with professional experience.
• Strong communication skills when engaging with customers.
• Excellent computer skills, including PC, MS Windows, networking, and MS Office.
• Good manual dexterity and technical understanding.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
