Key Responsibilities

• Communicate any guest concerns or suggestions promptly to the General Manager.
• Recognize and address the needs of guests efficiently and courteously.
• Undertake cross-training and obtain certification across various restaurant positions.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure optimal satisfaction for both guests and employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for both staff and customers within the restaurant.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in guest service or food preparation is preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills are necessary to perform job duties.
• Flexible availability to work varied schedules, including extended hours.
• High energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Possession of a High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Food Safety Certification is a plus.
