Role Overview
Join the team at Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants in Pine Bluff, WV, as a dedicated Team Member. You will contribute to making a positive impact on guests, franchisees, and fellow team members by delivering exceptional service and bold, fast food experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and profitability by enhancing guest satisfaction through attentive service.
- Communicate any guest concerns or suggestions promptly to the General Manager.
- Recognize and address the needs of guests efficiently and courteously.
- Undertake cross-training and obtain certification across various restaurant positions.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure optimal satisfaction for both guests and employees.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for both staff and customers within the restaurant.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in guest service or food preparation is preferred.
- Basic arithmetic skills are necessary to perform job duties.
- Flexible availability to work varied schedules, including extended hours.
- High energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Alignment with company values including integrity, service, excellence, and a bold, growth-oriented mindset.
- Possession of a High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Food Safety Certification is a plus.
