Position Overview

VitalCaring Group is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead daily recruiting operations and help shape innovative strategies for attracting top talent across various business units.   • Standardize recruiting processes by identifying technology and automation enhancements, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and championing a top-tier hiring experience for all stakeholders.
  • Utilize recruiting metrics and operational dashboards to analyze trends, enhance performance, and maintain ATS data integrity, contributing insights for leadership reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably within healthcare settings.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing or leading recruitment teams.
