Role Overview
We are looking for a Supervisor to lead and inspire a team, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations while delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Possesses a minimum of two years in customer-facing roles preferrably.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Capable of working collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and managing multiple tasks under pressure.
- Skilled at organizing workloads, delegating tasks and supporting staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities

- Serve as an approachable role model who promotes teamwork and maintains a positive work environment.
- Lead by example on product rotation, displays, and shelf facing standards.
- Support staff through induction, training, and ongoing development.
- Handle all customer inquiries promptly and professionally in alignment with store policy.
- Engage proactively with new initiatives and adapt to evolving operational methods.
